What GxRadar is

GxRadar is a free, independent, non-commercial personal project that collects public information about the US generic drug market. It sells nothing, carries no advertising and has no accounts.

Not advice

The site provides general information only. It is not medical, pharmacy, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient or any other professional relationship. The medical disclaimer is part of these terms. Do not start, stop, change, ration or substitute any medicine because of anything on this site.

Independence

GxRadar is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer, distributor, pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager, insurer, trade group or government agency, including FDA and CMS. It does not represent the views of any employer of anyone involved with it. GxRadar uses only publicly available government data and published sources. It does not use, and has never received, non-public information from any manufacturer, distributor, pharmacy or other company. Price figures are historical public benchmarks. Nothing on GxRadar describes, predicts or comments on any company's current or future prices, supply plans or business strategy, and nothing here should be read that way.

How content is made

Articles are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools and checked against the sources cited in each article. Data pages are generated automatically from government data and may contain errors from the source or from GxRadar's processing.

No warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the site may be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GxRadar and its operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, including any decision made or action taken in reliance on it. Trademarks, brand names and product names belong to their owners, and their use here only identifies products and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Third-party data and links

The site displays data from government sources and links to other websites. GxRadar does not control and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.

Corrections and complaints

If you believe something on GxRadar is inaccurate, infringes your rights or should be removed, write to the corrections address that will be listed on the About page with the page address and the details. Confirmed errors will be corrected.

Age

The site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, the medical disclaimer and the privacy notice are the entire agreement between you and GxRadar about the site. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
